You have to check if the number and type of packages delivered correspond to what you ordered. Data are written on the attached transport document. Also, check that the packages are not open, tampered with, or damaged.

Deliveries are made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. In this case it is important to indicate a delivery address where there is always someone able to pick up the goods (for example your office, the doorman or a neighbor).
We advise you to leave us, when ordering, a telephone number in order to facilitate the work of the couriers and contact you if necessary.

No, you do not need to register on the site to place an order. By registering on SicilySite you can accumulate SicilyPoints and stay updated on the latest offers and news.

SicilyPoints are now arrived. Your actions on SicilySite now turn into points that you can use to get great discounts and rewards. Earning points and getting discounts have never been so easy!

There are so many ways to earn SicilyPoints:

  • Registration on SicilySite = 100 SicilyPoints
  • Review of a purchased product = 25 SicilyPoints
  • Every € 1 spent = 1 SicilyPoint

Every 100 SicilyPoints you will get a €5,00 discount.

Once you reach 100 SicilyPoints you can convert your points into money directly at the time of buying a product or continue to accumulate other points and use them when you want to.

The SicilyPoints have a duration of 365 days (1 year). At the end of the 365 days the SicilyPoints are reset.

You can use SicilyPoints with any product not discounted on Sicilysite Shop.

Orders and shipments

No, not at all. You are free to order what you like the most. Clearly, the shipping cost for a single product has a greater impact on the total amount.

It’s easy: at checkout, you’ll see a space to fill in with the discount code. Just enter the code and confirm by clicking on “Apply Code”. The discount will be automatically applied to your cart.

The invoice must be expressly requested before payment, by filling in during the order phase the appropriate fields on the Site (such as the holder of the invoice, the tax number, the VAT number, etc.). The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you have provided.

After payment, you will receive an email with all the details of the order confirming receipt. As soon as the package is shipped, we will also send you the tracking number so that you can check the delivery status at any time.

The normal delivery times on the national territory, from the moment of notification of shipment, are usually 3 working days. It may happen that some shipments take up to 5-7 working days.

After each order, you will receive an email with the shipment notification, which will allow you to monitor the delivery.

All amounts present on SicilySite Shop are VAT included.

We ship all over Europe but for shipments outside Italy, you must contact us by email at info@sicilysite.com or on Facebook Messenger.

The selected producers periodically supply our warehouse to allow you to receive in a single package all the products purchased.

Only fresh products are shipped by the producers themselves.
