The fresh mango is very rich in minerals, including calcium, iron, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium. It is an excellent source of vitamin A; a single mango is, in fact, able to meet the daily requirements that our body has of this vitamin. It also contains B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, and vitamin J.
